  How May We Help You? MCM Quality Systems, tries to bridge the gap between employers and bright job-seeking graduates by training them with the specific IT skills required in the job market. What we exactly do is assign them mock projects and upon assessing their performance, job-readiness we market their profiles to match their appropriate skill level between junior level to mid-level jobs place them on temporary contract jobs at various preferred partner clients for a period of a month to 1 year and even longer. When a company is in need of a resource to temporarily replace either a retired full-time employee or an injured worker, or if the employer needs extra hands-on-deck to implement a new project, they look to staffing/consulting companies like us to fill the skills gap.

MCM Quality Systems, Inc. employees have the opportunity to earn extra money and at the same time perform a valuable service to MCM Quality Systems, Inc. through the Employee Referral Bonus Program. By referring qualified people, you can earn a bonus if your referral is hired. This program provides us with better candidates for employment in technical and administrative positions.

Technical positions eligible for our referral program include Programmers, Software Developers (Systems Software), Software Engineers (Systems Software), Computer Systems Analyst, Business Analysts, Database Administrators Senior Delivery Managers and CIS Managers.

All MCM Quality Systems, Inc. employees, other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the program.
